Free legal fees for Buyers

I will pay the cost of conveyancing (up to $1,000.00) when you purchase your new home with me. All you have to do is choose me as your realtor to find your new home. Upon completion of the purchase of your new home, I will refund your legal expenses. A Buyer's Agency contract is required and I offer you the right to cancel the contract anytime with 48 hours written notice.

Free Staging for Sellers 

If you list your home with me, I will pay for a staging professional to come to your home for a consultation. The staging professional will work with you to assist you in making your home more attractive to potential purchasers. The consultation is about 3 hours and usually consists of 2 visits. A lot of work gets done in that time and if you are happy with the results and want even more done, then the staging professional can continue to work with you or you can take the ideas generated and do-it-yourself.
